3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 24jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
3.3 You must notify 24jl Casino immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 24jl Casino will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

12.1 24jl Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by PAGCOR or applicable law.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to 24jl Casino, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
